Made changes to letter I had saved on microsoft works word processor and then computer crashed. I rebooted it and changes had been erased and it had gone back to original letter. I really must recover changes. I'm using a XP 2003

Thank you for your suggestion but they couldn't help. I cannot say enough about how important this letter was. The strange thing I forgot to mention was it kept the first couple sentences of my changes and the rest went back to original even though all of it was changed at the same time? Please!!! Someone out there must know how to recover this?
