I have noticed that every time I use CCleaner, on the next boot up I get their message asking if I wish to allow the software to make changes. A nuisance pop up that requires going into msconfig and removing the addition of CCLeaner from start up. Is there a preventative, keeping ccleaner on call but not at start up?

Hello,
First I would visit msconfig and undo anything you did there.
Then
Open CCleaner, then click Options > Monitoring
Disable System Monitoring by unchecking Enable System Monitoring
Disable Active Monitoring by unchecking Enable Active Monitoring.
Click Yes when the confirmation box appears
