First PC build fans spin for 1 sec then quit

Hey guys, I just recently built a PC or so I thought, at first it wouldn't turn on at all then I remembered I hadn't plugged in some power cables on the mobo. Now the fans hat came with the system awikl spin and so will the psu's and graphic cards, I've switched mobos so it's not that and I switched psu's to a antec 450 continuous powers psu. Also took out the Mobo of the case just incase the case was interfering with it but it wasn't.

Here's my specs please help!
Mobo: gigabyte h81m-ds2v
Graphics card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750ti (sc I think?)
Case: Rosewill FBM-01
Processor: i5 750
Ram: ballistix (2 or 4 gb)
