Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron 5720 and I'd bought it from a pawn shop. My computer has been extremely slow and I would like to do reset it to its factory settings - but I don't have the Windows Installation disc. I know my Product ID and Product Key, however. Is there a way I can factory reset without the disc or having to burn the ISO file?
Please help!
