storage space running out. yet sytem data uses 2.01 of space

My my phone has no more internal memory. Yet in settings sytem data takes up 2.01 mb of space can't delete to free up space

System data cannot be removed as that is the operating system of your phone. If you remove it, the phone will no longer work
