Try to adjust the command to:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth /source:wim:E:\sources\install.wim:2 /limitaccess
will do

Hi,
There are most likely other problems besides the ones listed on the logs provided so far!
Searching for the problem source and find specific solutions can be a long process you can probably resolve this faster by doing the so called Repair Install by following this http://www.eightforu...indows-8-a.html
If you have a 3rd party antivirus installed I recommend to uninstall it and reinstall after the repair.

I tried to follow the directions in that link you provided but when I click setup.exe it starts to load then it crashes without an error
