No access to web-pages, but able to ping (multiple devices/routers)

This applies to all devices/OS/browsers (Win, OSX, iOS, Android) as well as apps and software that requires Internet access in the household. At the same time the incoming e-mails (in Mac mail app) can come through (!). I have 2 laptop same problem in both of them when i try to acess through wifi .
