Download this file FixExec to your Windows desktop. Once the file is downloaded, simply run the program, accept the license, and let it run. Page 12, don't download anything else.

When FixExec has finished running it will create a log on your Windows desktop called FixExec.txt. This log will contain a list of the items that were repaired on your computer.
  • Post the FixExec log report.
  • See if the malwarebytes clean tool runs now.
  • See if you can install Microsoft Security Essentials from the instructions given before.

    Thanks
    Joe :)

It's one of the most infected machines I've seen. Removing Malware is one thing, the other problem with malware is, it breaks windows sometimes. Reinstalling windows or taking it in for repair becomes a more sensible option at times, lets look at a few more things.

I'm curious about the make and model of this computer, what is it ? Did it come with windows installed ? Do you have a windows 7 disk ?

Please download TDSSKiller by Kaspersky and save it to your desktop.
  • Right-click on TDSSKiller_Kaspersky.png icon and select RunAsAdmin.jpg Run as Administrator to start the tool.
  • Click on Change parameters and put a checkmark beside Loaded modules. A reboot will be needed to apply the changes, allow it to do so.
  • Your machine may appear very slow and unusable after that - it's normal.
  • TDSSKiller will run automaticaly. Click on Change parameters and click OK.
  • Click the Start Scan button and wait patiently.
If anything will be found follow this guidelines:
  • If a suspicious object is detected, the default action will be Skip, click on Continue
  • If malicious objects are found, they will show in the Scan results - Select action for found objects and offer three options.
Ensure Cure (default) is selected, then click Continue > Reboot now to finish the cleaning process.
If Cure is not available, please choose Skip instead.
  • Do not choose Delete unless instructed!
A report will be created in your root directory, (usually C:\ drive) in the form of TDSSKiller.[Version]_[Date]_[Time]_log.txt. Please include that in your next reply.

This is a big log report may take 3 replies to post it

We can look at the hard drive an system files next. Steelers lost :(
  • Click on Start > Run and type in cmd
  • Press Enter
  • In the Command Prompt window type chkdsk c:/r and press Enter.
Please Note the space between k c:/r
  • The next dialog box will now show the following:

Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? <Y/N>
  • Type Y
  • and reboot the computer.
  • Checkdisk will start once the computer reboots. It can take up to an hour or more to complete as it goes through the stages. Allow it to run uninterrupted till complete.

To find the log that is produced please do the following:
Please download ListChkdskResult by SleepyDude to the desktop.
  • Double click on the icon and click Run
  • The log will appear on your desktop as a .txt file and the notepad will open.
Please copy and paste the results in your next reply.

That might be my error in instructions

Try chkdsk this way. I'll be around all evening....

Click start, now in the search box type cmd, now up towards the top right click on cmd and choose "Run as Administrator" (That's Elvated mode)
In the Command Prompt window type chkdsk c:/r and press Enter.
Please Note the space between k c:/r
  • The next dialog box will now show the following:
Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another
process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be
checked the next time the system restarts? <Y/N>
  • Type Y
