I run my computer hardwired, but also have a wifi card too. Every few minutes it will switch from Ethernet to wifi causing the internet to go "down" for a few seconds. I even have wifi completely turned off and it still does it. It gets very annoying because it will stop webpages from loading, then I'll have to wait a few seconds and the cycle repeats. The best way to describe it is every so often i'll see the wifi bars in the toolbar, then internet down for a few seconds, then back to Ethernet, and repeat. I've tried a few things but to no avail! I have the newest drivers too! Any help would be appreciated!

You might want to post this question on the networking forum.

I have had many machines, including at least two with Win10, plugged into the modem-router via ethernet cable while WiFi is also on and have never encountered the behavior you describe.  My gut tells me this is something wonky with networking that may tie in to your installation of Win10, but that needs to be looked at primarily as a networking problem.
