I was gonna do some PC racing the other night but when I powered up my G27 wheel/pedals/shifter, it shut down after only a few seconds. Normally, I have it powered up when I turn my PC on. Then when I want to use it, I plug in the USB cable and it goes through its little power up routine where it spins the wheel one way, then the other, and then back to center. During this procedure, the power LED flashes. Once it completes, the LED stays on. Now, it starts flashing, goes to the right, then back to the left and the LED flashes but the whole thing shuts down a split second after it starts to the left. The wheel goes limp and the LED goes out. I have tried it on different USB ports, even a different PC. Same thing. I have another power supply that goes to my G940 flight controls; it's the same exact thing. But the wheel still does the same thing; starts up but shuts down in a couple seconds. I've tried disconnecting the shifter and pedals from the wheel but it doesn't help. Any suggestions? I've only had the thing a little over a year.
