My computer has been infected with cryptolocker/cryptowall (help_decrypt)

 

Plz help me

Most unfortunately not a lot on the positive side I can advise I'm afraid, however the below article may be of some assistance:-

CryptoWall and HELP_DECRYPT Ransomware Information Guide and FAQ

And you may be able to recover some data via the various methodology's described in the aforementioned article. Ultimately you may just have to consider a reformat or the hard-drive and reinstallation of the Windows operating system etc.
