problem with Smitfraud... and possibily others

I am having trouble with Smitfraud and most likely other spyware programs. My log is below. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the Geeks to Go forums. ;)

In order for us to study your log, you must do the following:

Please place your HijackThis application in a permanent folder. Go to "My Computer", click on c:\ and then go to the "File" menu, choose New -> Folder. Name the folder "HJT" or "HijackThis" and then please move the "HijackThis.exe" executable there.

Restart your computer and post a new HijackThis log. Make sure you post the entire HijackThis log. ;)
