hello, i have a problem with Ikernel.exe and i have no clue why this happens: every once in a while, no matter what I'm doing on the computer, a pop-up comes up that says installing roxio easy cd creator, but we already have roxio easy cd creator installed, we've had it for a long time. I opened task manager to see if any programs open up when this happens, and Ikernel.exe opens everytime one of those pop-ups comes up. At one time when i checked, we had 7 Ikernel.exe programs running at once, and it was slowing down our computer a lot. We haven't downloaded anything online dealing with roxio easy cd creator except for about 2 years ago when we first downloaded it, but the problems just started about a week ago. Please help fix this problem, thank you.
