ok thanks for your post but i did all that previously and i couldn't get rid of the mediaaccess stuff....i had to wait until for some reason it had to end task on it's own so i quickly ran and deleted the folder it was in....i run spybot everyday same with ad-aware...and i go to the norton online scan and panda active scan about once a month or twice a month....and i'm still having troubles with multiple reboots (from a different post) and nothing is showing up on any of these scans

kool808...thanks for that cleanup program, it's probably one of the most useful things i've seen in a long time it cleaned up like 30 megs off my HD and everything's running smoother now plus i think my boot looping problem is gone now for some reason, i'm not even sure how i fixed it

Post a log as a new topic in the Malware Removal Forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.
Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
