Annoying SB Tea-timer messages

Hello,
Every time I start my system i get A spybot tea timer warning stating

System startup global entry
Value deleted
Quick time task
C:/progam files/quick time/qttask.exe

A friend recently installed itunes with quick time 6 , which I swiftly removed from my system but now I get these messages every time i reboot.

Your help is much appreciated
