Please advise if pop-ups for Macromedia Flash Player, by Macromedia, inc present a threat under normal circumstances.

Flash pop ups from Macromedia or anywhere else do not pose a threat.
Just an annoyance!

I'm wondering why Yahoo! Toolbar Pop-up blocker is not catching it.
