no sound with realtek HD Audio

I received the USB Audio Sound Adapter and it works. Plugged it in started the PC and it was installed. The sales pitch said no drivers needed but Iit did download and install driver(s). It works s... Go to the full post »

The one listed that I know was not on the listed before is USBAUDIO.sys. There are 2 others that may or may not have been there before, I don't even know if they are drivers. They are SysFxUi.dll and WMALFXGFXDSP.dll. On the Driver tab the version is listed as 6.1.7601.18208. I went to the Sebrent web site to see if I could get any more

information but kind of got lost :headscratch: I think I am going to email them and ask why there ad says no drivers needed but it kind of looked like a driver was installed :wacko: 

One more thing, the two drivers that have been alwyas listed and are not signed show up in the driver details and they are still not signed. The sound is working as it should though.
