      Hi everybody :

Has anyone ever heard of software causing a BSOD ?  Whenever I run Turbo Floor Plan 3D, ( a highly graphic intensive software ) it causes a System Crash.  This is the ONLY program that causes it.   When I run Sketchup (a 3D modeling program) I have no problems.  The same with Photoshop.....no problems.   The error I get is :  Bad_Pool_Header,  Code 19.     I'm trying to figure out if it's the software that's bad......or IS there a hardware problem ?     I tried re-installing Turbo Floor Plan, figuring, that when I DID install it before,  for some reason, it didn't get installed properly.  So I can eliminate that "theory".    And ideas ?

Look in C:\Windows\minidump. Zip up any .DMP files you find there and upload here so we can look at them.
