Hi,

I have Windows 8 and my keyboard randomly stopped working on my asus laptop. The letters:w, i, r, u

 

Is this virus related or not? Is there a program I can use to fix this?

The keyboard may have gotten wet or damaged. What is the model number of your Asus laptop?
