computer seriously messed up

i have run several spyware programs in the past, but it never seems to go away. i'm afraid i might have a trojan or something, and am kind of paranoid that a hacker could be manipulating my computer. i have both a software and hardware firewall, but i don't know if that helps. here is my log file.

is there anything else still wrong with my computer? i currently use microsoft antispyware as my primary spyware remover, and sygate as my personal firewall. i have also attached a snapshot of my microsoft task manager. i don't really understand everything thats in there. is it bad to have that many svchost.exes running? thanks for the help guys.
