What am I supposed to do??? Please help I am unable to access anything on the computer with Internet so I disconnected it while I try to figure this out. My husband and I are both administrators on it and once you gain access if possible to sign in then at least 20 different files pop up and it won't let me get off the virus pages then freezes. Please help.

Hi what operating system do you have ?

I.e. XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 10
Is it 32 or 64 bit

Do you have access to another computer and a USB stick that we can use to create a boot disc

It's an hp pavilion, 64 bit I think. I have finally gained access to my control panel but had to delete a ton of stuff. It still keeps trying to override my administrative controls. Oh and windows 10 but nothing is working at the moment. Only way I even gained any control was by turning off my router and deleting pop ups for countless hours. Lol should I turn back on the Internet? Honestly nervous about that because then it goes haywire.

OK windows 10 is slightly different to other flavours

First you will need to create a recovery media USB use the media creation tool on this page https://www.microsof...nload/windows10to create the USB
The USB must be at least 4Gb
Once you have created the recovery media then download and copy to the same USB Farbar Recovery Scan Tool

Then boot the affected system with the USB inserted. You should get an option appearing on the screen saying press any key to boot from CD, press a key

When you reboot you will see this.

Select the language on this screen and keyboard on the next

Select the Trouble shoot option

Select Advanced option

Select Command prompt

At the command prompt type the following :

notepad.JPG

The notepad opens. Under File menu select Open.
Select "Computer" and find your flash drive letter and close the notepad.
In the command window type e:\frst64.exe and press Enter
Note: Replace letter e with the drive letter of your flash drive.
The tool will start to run.
When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.

Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the flash drive. Please copy and paste it to your reply.
