Hi

 

I have a brand new Lenovo 560 Think Pad running Windows 7 and am trying to install Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016.  This should be a no brainer but the installation has stalled at 83% for the last few hours. It says..."Office is installing in the background (83%) You can use your programs now, but please don't go offline or restart your computer.

 

I had a gut feeling that something was wrong with our internet  so I called the cable company.I had just got off the phone with our cable company and it was confirmed that for some reason they had turned on our modem's router (which we didn't use or need because we have our own Linksys)..so she shut that off.  

 

This is my scenario...HELP!  What do I do now?
