I'm ashamed to admit that I <still> don't know how to determine the full path of a file!

Using File Explorer, I do a search for a file "Captain Cook". I get a return showing a file" captain cook.odt" and I can view it by clicking the search result.

But how do I see the full path of captain cook.odt?

I would think there is a very simple way to get that, but it sure eludes me. Help please. ...batpark

If you want to show the full path by default, for all files, read the Tutorial. > http://www.softwareo...ndows-10&faq=40

When opening Explorer, if you want to show Folders, not Quick Access, see this one, > http://www.online-te...rer-windows-10/

iammykyl: Great suggestion, thanks.

I noticed your post showed «««« FAQ 40 OF 148 »»»». Can you  please tell me where I can view the other FAQs in this set? ...batpark
