My apologies if I did get this posted yesterday but  now can't find it.   With the reinstall of WIN7 with the backup CD (Dell)  I can find no way in internet options to permanently remove all references to MSN and Dell.  Is there a way to eradicate them and put in blank as a choice?

Post was answered above, with the following instructions below:

Erase or delete any reference to MSN and or dell in the home page box, Like you have been doing,

Now

Copy and paste this in bold about:blank into the homepage box area.
Click on apply then click ok.
Close IE and re-open to test the change.
