New lad here. Well, we all need to start somewhere, don't we ? Always have a [bleep] of a job understanding the computer-speak style of communication, particularly the lack of or how to negotiate the system in order to get where you want to go.

Please note, the guy who produced the system is obviously familiar with his planned layout and operation.

The new chap making his first tenuous approach is not, in fact he is relatively lost

A (how to), help file setting out this system, in English, not computer-speak or abreviations  is essential for new members.

The site looks to be first class, but the new chap feels like a fool fumbling around in a series of abbreviations that mean sod all to the uninitiated.  Don't leave him confused, HELP HIM.

                                                                                                                                 Bill Soper.

Thanks for the feedback.

Can you tell us where you are experiencing difficulties, please?

If you can let us know the problem you have (please be as specific as possible) one of our members will likely be able to help.

When it comes to abbreviations ..well they can be tricky!

Have you tried to enter the abbreviation into your favourite search engine? as this can often help.

Regards
