We could do with a little more info;

What happened exactly as in did you restart the computer to find yourself suddenly locked out.

Was the computer previously password protected.

Has anyone else had access to the computer and possibly changed or created a password.

Is the computer covered by any warranty.

What is the brand and model name or number of the notebook.

GTG has a strict policy regarding bypassing passwords and it depends on the answers to 4 out of the 5 questions above as to any guidance that we may be able to offer.
