 I'm using Acer Aspire E15 (Windows 10). My laptop is quad core but in a task manager I can see only two core, but there is quad core in device manager.... Due to this problem, my laptop lacking sometimes.......

See if this helps,

Type "msconfig" under Start Run... box. Then click "Boot" then "Advanced options" and check number of processors there.
