First off thanks in advance for your help. I am pretty much and idiot when it comes to computers. I was letting a friend use mine and now I have this stupid antivirus gold stuff. I read thru the beginning of this I used Clean up, ad aware and Avg on my computer. If you could please explaine help as if it were a 5 year old. I downloaded Hijack This and ran it. I have copied and paste it below. Any and all help is wonderful

Download Pocket Killbox and unzip it; save it to your Desktop.

Download CWShredder (there is a link in my signature), unzip it, and save it on the Desktop.
Run CWShredder to fix your CWS problem.

Please set your system to show all files; please see here if you're unsure how to do this.

Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items:

Run CWShredder to fix your CWS problem.

Using Windows Explorer, locate the following files/folders, and delete them:

c:\windows\SYSTEM\wucrtupd.exe<--Delete this file
C:\Program Files\PSGuard<--Delete the whole folder
Exit Explorer.Reboot as normal.
