Missing VCS3Hook.dll

I downloaded Voice Changer Diamond 4.0 off of Morpheus, but I can't run it because I am missing VCS3Hook.dll. Can anyone tell me where to find this .dll or how to get around this error because I need to use this software asap. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Morpheus has spyware tagged onto it...try LimeWire instead, if you absolutely must have your free files and downloads.
