:welcome:    knottylockz,

This from a tech perspective only and in no way intended as malware guidance;

My computer keeps saying reboot and select proper boot device,what does that mean

Possible causes may include Windows being corrupt - hard drive failure - incorrect boot configuration in the BIOS, we need some further information to determine if the problem is hardware or software related;

Please provide information about your computer, this includes is it a notebook or desktop, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) + let us know what operating system you are running.

Not heard back from you knottylockz, do you still require assistance or is the issue now resolved, an update would be appreciated.
