Thank you for your help Brian. We tried everything that was possible. Now I just copy back step by step everything from the saved C drive. at least others can see the steps if they have similar issues. I can think one thing I should have sorted out earlier. As I mentioned the explorer.exe stopped working nearly every day in the last 1 year. It didnt bother me, as I restarted it in the task manager within a minute. Now looking back in time it should have bothered me! Anyway, thanks again. We can close the topic now.
