Hi!
I'm not sure what to do- my Samsung Galaxy S5 began being stuck in a boot loop on Thursday, and it's getting worse by the day. It will get to the initial Samsung Galaxy S5 screen, and then just restart immediately. The only way I've been able to get around it is by having it plugged in- but it will immediately restart-looping each time I unplug it.
I've tried clearing the Cache Partition 3 times, and it hasn't worked. Has anyone dealt with this issue before?
Google has been no real help beyond clearing the Cache Partition, and I'm very nervous about losing all of my data, mostly my text messages and voice mails because it doubles as my work phone.
Has anyone found a way to fix the issue without doing a Factory Reset? Or a way to clone or back it up so I don't lose contacts, texts, or voice mails?
Thank you so much!!!
