I'm afraid so, it's the best option at this point. Nothing we try can access the system to try and repair it works. I'd personally take it in and have some look at it.

problem is, even if i want to reformat my pc, i dont have a licensed windows installer

Was that an up grade from Winds 8 or other ?
Did you buy it with windows 10 ?

Was your windows 7 a valid license on the machine and activated, and you have lost the product key ?

Then you should be ok as far as i know, you can download windows 10 onto a flash drive.
Warning this is not in my skill set, so I can't guide you.
