can anyone help me reset my computer to factory settings plz

Would need to know what make/model of computer you have and the O/S it is using. Usually if you reboot , you should see onscreen display of which function key to press to start the factory recovery process. Be sure you have backed up all important files you want to keep to an external hard drive. You will need to do all the Windows updates as well as update drivers once recovery is completed. Might want to reinstall your favorite anti-virus program.
