Hello, so I had set myself up as an administrator on my computer a while back, but I now I need to delete the account. But, I was being an adventurous idiot and set my account as a standard type, and because of this I can't access the control panel, the RUN, and CMD. Is there anyway for me to change myself back into an administrator or delete my account?

Use system restore, pick a time before you got adventurous.   If that does not work.

You should at least have one user account that is member of Administrator group this way you can modify system settings and install programs that needs to be run with administrative privileges. You can enable or disable build-in administrator account from Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE) these is a good hack to know if you have no account on computer that has administrative privileges.

Or boot your PC from Offline NT Password & Registry Editor. It can help you promote your standard user to administrator without loading Windows:
