As far as I know Facebook does not have costumer service so to speak or anything like it. Yet. And there is no such thing as a dumb Question.

Hi jerryallenjr,

Welcome to GeeksToGo! :)

I doubt you will get through to Facebook via email depending on what the circumstances of you trying to contact them is, and they do not offer any live support whatsoever.

Maybe something in the following link might help:

5 ways to contact Facebook

On a side note, if those numbers at the end of your username happens to be your birthday, it might be a good idea if you allow me to remove them to prevent the possibility of identity theft, etc. Never provide too much personal information... You can read more about protecting yourself online here.

Thank you,
Donna :)

OMGoodness, Chrissymarie, no, not at all! It is I who should apologize if my comment was construed in the wrong manner. My last reply was not intended to sound rude in any way.

I agree with you %100! There is no such thing as a dumb question.

That little comment stuck with me when I found my first online forum and posted a question that started out with. "I have a really dumb question.." The helper replied with, "There is no such thing as dumb questions, just dumb answers".

Truly, it was not meant to be offensive, just that I agreed with you.

If I may, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to GeeksToGo. It is always a pleasure to meet new people who are dedicated to learning and helping others.

I am only a PM away if you ever want or need to talk, ask questions, whatever.

Again, I do apologize for making you feel uncomfortable.

Donna :)
