Hello psalvatori001,

Not had this problem but if you suspect that it has been caused by an update try forcing the computer to start in the Windows RE (recovery environment) by powering down the computer a couple of times when it fails to boot, if you are able to get into the RE look for the system restore option where you will hopefully find a system restore point that is before the time and date that this issue first started.

Not heard back from you psalvatori001, do you still require assistance or is the issue now resolved, an update would be appreciated.

After many attempts to get to the recovery environment by hitting F11 at the time of reboot, I can not get to that screen.  Machine wll boot up noramlly by-passing my try to get to restore.  Is there another way into that?

To start recovery environment boot your computer 4 times and each time when Windows starts to boot force shutdown your computer from power button, this way recovery environment should be presented to you as a option even startup repair tool should work as well to repair your system.
