virus and malware protection  windows defender

 

for some time i had a couple of credentials keep appearing in my windows credentials.

i keep removing them but they keep reappearing [i presume its malware or spyware]

i thought if i do a full reinstall from a windows disc it would clear

the drive and get rid

it hasn't worked

any ideas
