How to connect GHD sports app on adroid to LG tv through chromecast?

A couple of simple things to check beforehand is to make sure you are connected to the same wifi network as your chromecast.

Could you tell me a bit more about your problem, what doesn't work exactly?

 

Is there no option to cast your app to the chromecast or does the chromecast not show up?

Hello Deepthi Linson,

 

 

Please can you provide details of exactly which app it is you are using. (I searched for GHD sports but was still unsure which app you are talking about).

 

Have you gone into the Chromecast app (now called simply 'Home') on your android phone? Does the sports app show up there?

 

In case you are not aware, not all apps etc. are compatible with Chromecast. Please see https://en.wikipedia...le_Cast_support for the Wikipedia list of those that are.

 

If you have already solved the problem, please would you be good enough to let us know so that nobody else attempts to help you.

Just as an aside to this - and regardless of the fact that the original poster seems to have disappeared - I thought I would say that I had a lot of fun last night trying to watch a movie via Chromecast!

 

I was searching for a particular movie we wanted to see. Coudn't find it on NowTV (which we usually use to watch films). I thought I had found it on Google Prime, so signed up for a month's free trial with that - but then could only find the film on Prime Video and had to pay £4 to hire it. I then discovered that Amazon doesn't officially support Google's Chromecast app!????? Eventually managed to do it by casting the whole of my phone screen so that everything shown on my Android phone screen was sent to the TV.
