Hi,

I have a problem with Iphone 5S. I plugged my iphone to charge and it froze. My home button is not working so i can't restart it.My battery was at 60%.How can I restart it. I dont wanna to do hard reset because I have some very important files.Please help!!!!

I can hear messages from Facebook Messenger coming so I think that the iOS is not frozen only screen.

You have two option one is to disconnect the battery which involves you opening the iphone or you can wait for the battery to discharge you can speed up this process by keep pressing the on and off button.
