IT's been a while since I ran it but I think if you boot from the CD and just wait it will start the memory test running.

yes is the same screen that I see when I put the CD in the trail, but don't know which test I need to do.. because is T select item or start test.. how you do scheenshots.. went the computer is doing this...? I know if I press ctrl print screen I can paste in paint and save it.. let me know

Q. this test change any in the computer.. now I can not add or remove programs, this screen appear if I want to do this.. but I never put any pass word just to log on in the computer.. now ask me to change the user and I just have one user.. I don't know how this become a problem now.. before I not have any problem add and remove programs, do you know how to resolve this problem... I thinking to bring this computer to be check.. is to much issues that I can know why this is happening.... Also is frozen everywhere.. internet computers programs, games.. etc.. and I check and check for any virus or malware and nothing.. just cookies...
I'm FRUSTRATED.. BIG TIME...

Memtest shouldn't change anything. The test you need to run is just Start Test. You won't be able to do any screen shots using Windows since it isn't loaded. You can take a picture with a digital camera. (no flash)
The screen shot shows just Frank and Guest. Guest is always there just usually disabled as it shows in the picture so Frank is the one you would choose. How did you get to this picture?

I download the wrong CD burner, and I try to erased the software going to add and remove, but that screen appear (that I show you before) I can not choose anything because the computer just ask me to change something like remove the password and not show the programs on add or remove program on control panel, I get that pic when I try to open add or remove program. is what show me when I try to do that step.
that I not change anything in this computer since we start this issues, I almost ready to throw the towel.
