I recently made a new system from the beginning of the fps drops occur, fps is very high up to 200,300, but I had to limit it to 60 fps because it changes so much that it is impossible to play, even with 200fps fall to 30.20, I also connected via WiFi, I have a very old hdd formatted several times, and I have only one virtual drive, so I do not have a system d, these are the only possible problems that may be, please help me how to stabilize my pc
here are my specs
H81M-r
intel pentium g3250
4gb of ram
amd radeon r5 230
hdd hitachi HDS721032CLa362
ps: I also have this same pc only with other hdd has two virtual drive and is connected via a wire and is fully stable

If it's stable when connected by wire, but unstable when connected by WiFi, it sounds like a WiFi problem, (interference of some sort).

I play dota and some times that happens with me too when a fight happens and all the heroes use there skills fps suddenly drops so i think that you should try lowering your video settings just to see if it still drops or not. If same thing happens again wifi might be the issue.
