I have forgotten, if I ever knew, where to find the most basic help file within W10 on W10 issues. Can someone please remind me? There is such a file, is there not? Thanks. .... batpark

No such file as far as I am aware and think you may find that all W10 help is online.

If you are using Cortana, type Windows 10 help in the search box and when the page comes up right click on the taskbar then select the pin to taskbar option.
