I am new to all this so please bear with me. My pc is infected with the trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c virus. I have run adaware and spy doctor and have those problems taken care of for the most part. my problem is that i attempted to install avg anti-virus, but since i cannot run my pc in normal mode, i cant install it. i ran hijack this and have my log, but i am unable to connect to the internet(with my desktop that is infected) , so i have no way of posting the log here. i have a labtop with internet access that i am using to search the internet for help. i tried to connect to the internet on my desktop in safe mode but it isnt working. is there anything anyone can help me with? thanks
