Hello,
I am back to this forum after several years, and you people have really helped me in the past which made me want to come back. Thanks in advance.

I am not super computer savvy like I used to be so please don't be hard on me if I'm posting in the wrong place or if I don't include some vital info. I will do my best so bear with me.

I am using an ASUS laptop (probably from around 2008) and using Windows 10. For the past 3 months I have been getting a message that says something to the effect of "Driver Restore has encountered a critical error and will need to close. Sorry for the inconvenience."

It is bothersome and I don't know why it's happening or how to fix it.

I am trying to install a Canon wireless printer and it's getting in the way. The program for the printer downloads but it doesn't finish installing and I can't run it,

Can someone please help me fix this issue?? I'd be so appreciative.....I don't know why it's happening, that's concerning also.
