My laptop Compaq Presario with windows 7ultimate crashes with blue screen

I get an error that closes the PC. It is described here in the log

But I don’t know what any of this means so I hope there is someone here who understands this better than I and can help me.

:welcome:   gotsaed,

Could be caused by overheating but for now can you upload any recent crash dmps for us;

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.

2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.

3. Upload the zip folder using the More Reply Options tab, Choose File then the Attach This File tab., bottom left of the dialogue input box.

Unable to do so! a popup says the file is locked or there is no file. I am the administrator though.

Make sure that crash dmps are enabled;

Right-click My Computer, and then click Properties. Click the Advanced tab, and then under Startup and Recovery, click Settings (or Startup and Recovery).,select small memory dump.

Download then run the Windows All in One Repair (free)  from here, disregard the malware guidance but follow the other steps to the letter and in particular ensuring that you first create a new restore point and perform a proper Windows clean boot before running the repair, details for the clean boot here.

I did a clean boot as instructed and  then followed instructions for Windows All in One Repair. (Awesome program) that done I still cannot upload files from minidump. Do I need to? or has aio repair done the job?

Startup manager seems to be corrupt
