Microsoft are advising that users only install the Windows 10 Creators Update when offered it as an update and not to manually install it, see blog by John Cable / Director of Program Management, Windows Servicing and Delivery here

Reminders:

After updating, check that System Restore is enabled. Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\System. Click "System Protection". If the C:\ drive is shown as "Off", click Configure and change the selection to "Turn on System Protection". Click Ok and close.

Confirm that antivirus and anti-malware programs are running. As they should be disabled during up dating.

Another issue that has been reported is certain Windows 10 updates re-enabling "Fast Startup".  It did so on my computer, probably with the Anniversary Update, and I wasn't aware of it until I noticed a post in Bleeping Computer in the Windows 10 Discussion Forum, and checked my computer.  Sure enough.  Apparently the same thing is happening with the Creator's Update.

Have a great day.

Regards,

-Phil

Thanks for adding the additional info folks

Is this mean we won't suggest members to update to Creators Update using Windows 10 media creation tool?

I must say i have no issues even do i have update to Creators Update using Windows 10 media creation tool.

I think it would be wise not to for now FreeBooter, you wouldn't want to be the one to suggest it only for it to go badly wrong and end up with a rather unhappy user, just thinking out loud here but maybe Microsoft wouldn't allow the download of a Windows 10 ISO inclusive of the Creators Update on an older machine that didn't qualify for the said update just yet.
