I hope you've found what you needed/ But in general theeasiest way to find a developer - to seatch the web. There are lots of web developers! As an example here is a  laravel development company with a proven expertise in web development.

Since we have not heard from Damiete for 1 year, 2 months, 1 week and 3 days so far, I rather doubt they would still be interested in posting there missing attachment.

The cost varies from company to company. It depends on a lot of factors, such as the location of the developer, the complexity of the app etc. That's why it's better to choose a more expensive company.
