Hello,

I was sent here from Malware Section. I have received the all clear from them. However I am still having issues with my computer.

When I try an open photo's they never open and sometime locks up my computer. Then I have to do a hard restart. Also when I try and do a standard restart it just stays restarting and never does. Only when I hard reset does it restart. I also have an issue waking up my computer when it goes to sleep.
