Syncing email using iCloud?

We have 2 macs at work & I want to sync our email so when someone reads a email on one computer the person on the other computer can tell that email has been read. I have googled it & it looks to be pretty easy but I am Mac illiterate. Can someone walk me through this please?

As long as you have both computers with internet connections and have the same email accounts on both of them, iCloud should automatically do the rest. If this problem persists, I suggest you try apple support, their live chat feature is a good place to start. I'd try to diagnose more fully, but this could be caused by any number of things, and this forum isn't really conducive to this type of support.
